Refund & Return Policy – Ibdaa4u

1. Return/Exchange Window
   You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Returns
   To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Digital products or downloadable items once accessed.
• Personal care and health items once opened.
• Customized or made-to-order products.

6. Once approved, we will send you the return address and shipping instructions.

7. Ship the product back to us. Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the error was on our part.

8. After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the return approval.

9. Refunds
   Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

10. Exchanges
    If the product arrived damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge. If you wish to exchange for a different item, you must pay any price difference + shipping fees if applicable.

11. Canceled Orders
    You may cancel an order only before it has been shipped. Once shipped, the return policy above applies.
